My wife and I had the absolute pleasure of dining at this restaurant, and I must say, this experience far surpassed anything I've encountered before. This was my second time both dining here and staying at the hotel, yet this visit elevated the standard of hospitality to a whole new level. With Expo West in full swing, the surrounding chaos of traffic and crowds was overwhelming, yet the moment we stepped into the restaurant, it felt like entering a sanctuary of refinement and warmth. The hostess, Vanessa, was an absolute gem--gracious, kind, and incredibly attentive. Despite the frenzy outside, she made us feel like the only guests in the room, tending to us with poise and genuine care. As we walked in, a sharply dressed gentleman in a sports jacket greeted us with such a warm and professional welcome, immediately setting the tone for what felt like a five-star luxury dining experience. His presence and hospitality were so remarkable that I later inquired about him, only to learn that he was, in fact, the restaurant manager. His kindness, attentiveness, and natural ability to make guests feel valued were truly impressive. Our dining experience itself was nothing short of exceptional, but what truly set the evening apart was the above-and-beyond service we received. After dinner, we had a meeting with clients, and while another server initially asked us to move for a dinner party, David--the embodiment of exemplary hospitality--swiftly stepped in. With the utmost courtesy, he relocated us to a quieter, private area, ensuring our meeting could continue undisturbed. His thoughtfulness didn't stop there. When my phone and my client's phone died, I casually mentioned it to David, and without hesitation, he took it upon himself to find us a charger--something I never would have expected but was beyond grateful for. David's commitment to guest experience is simply unparalleled. He didn't just provide excellent service; he made us feel truly valued. His attention to detail, generosity, and genuine care left an indelible mark on us. It's rare to find someone who embodies hospitality with such sincerity and excellence. This was, without question, one of the best--if not the best--dining experiences I have ever had. I cannot thank David (restaurant director) and the entire team enough for their outstanding service. I will not only be returning but will actively recommend this restaurant to others, urging them to connect with David for an experience that goes beyond dining--it's hospitality at its finest.

I dined at Nfuse on two occasions. The first I ordered a craft burger for lunch. It was really good, but the beef patty was burnt on one side. The accompanying fries were crispy, hot, and just a bit over salted which was perfect. My waiter was OK. The dining room was partially empty and he only had a couple tables so he tried to offer excellent service without bugging me too much. On the second occasion I dined in the restaurant for dinner at 11pm on a weeknight. It was packed and I took the only remaining seat in the restaurant which was at the bar. My intention was to eat half of my dinner then order the Tableside S'mores which is mostly why I chose this restaurant, but I was told they were out of the ingredients. The other dessert options wouldn't satisfy my cravings, so I settled on a fried buttermilk chicken sandwich (no pickles). I typically don't like slaw, but it was pretty good. It was more of an elevated cold slaw with a bit of honey for sweetness. The burger also came with the same fries. nFuse offers quality food with the convenience of being in the Marriott. It can get quite loud and is not ideal for an intimate dinner, but I enjoyed the quality of the food.

After a long day walking and talking at the nearby convention center, stopped here for dinner. Sat in back main dining room for a more quiet time. Lighting little dim but comfy. Waiter was nice, friendly, helpful and didn't bug me too much. Had special item: 6 oz bacon wrapped tenderloin w/ Garlic parm. fries and tomato soup Soup was ok. Really hot. Flavor was nice. Tenderloin was ordered med well and came out as ordered. Meat good quality. Fries were great but way tooo much quantity. Felt like I had a really decent filling meal for a n ok price considering it's a higher end hotel. Would come back again and suggest to friends.

nFuse is the restaurant in the Anaheim Marriott hotel. There is a bar and lounge area front and center adjacent to the main lobby, with regular restaurant seating behind another lounge area to your right (as you enter the hotel). At peak times, a host podium will be set up in the lobby area; at less busy times, you'll need to wander back to the main restaurant area. I have stayed at the hotel several times, and eaten here during each visit. I have not found anything on the menu that wasn't good. The menu does evolve, but at this writing, they've got a pork chop that is absolutely stellar. They do a breakfast buffet that is pricey, but good, especially the omelette station. The kitchen is open late, and while the main dining area closes earlier, the kitchen works until late and you can get the full menu in the bar. While all the staff are friendly and service is generally very good, at peak times, especially in the bar in the evening on Friday and Saturday or when a big event is in the house, it can be a tad slower than you'd like. But the bar is well stocked, the kitchen is great, and patience is a virtue. I would eat here even if I were not staying at this hotel. And that's something I can't say about all that many hotel eateries. DISCLAIMER: I have family employed at this hotel, including one who worked at nFuse for several years. I do try to be objective, but there it is, Some of the staff know that I'm someone's Uncle Charlie. But people come and go and not everybody who has served me knows who I am, and I have never had a reason to complain.

The service was excellent inside this dimly lit hotel restaurant. They'll easily split the checks of your large party or charge it back to your room if you're a guest. Food was also excellent for a hotel restaurant. The Ale-braised Prime Short Rib was tender and would've been perfect with a pinch more seasoning. The mashed potatoes and asparagus were well cooked, tasty, seasoned great and paired well with the short rib. The serving size was kinda small. Everyone who ordered a drink raved about them and they were beautifully presented. There's a decent enough variety for different tastes and although I didn't stay at the hotel and it was a tad bit pricy, nFuse seemed like a great option for those who might want to stay in and not venture out of their hotel for a meal or two.

Our brunch was good for a decent price at this classy place. That atmosphere is warm and inviting. I enjoyed our waitress. I was here for a conference and had a late breakfast with my coworkers. The eggs were actually good. Like my omelette was a really great omelet. It had spinach cheese and mushrooms in it. The tomatoes weren't amazing, they just weren't ripe enough. And I'm not a big egg fan but I would definitely eat eggs here again. Also, the hashbrowns were some of the best I've ever had. I really enjoyed the way they were crunchy on both sides, that might've been the star of the show. I did ask for the avocado spread, but it was unripe and awful. Coffee was ridiculously placed, but it was endless. And I always love a decent coffee.

Great place to eat if there is a convention happening in this hotel. There is plenty of seating and there are tons of options on the menu to get a quick bite. The food is little oily for the most part. However, eating here will ensure your lunch is eaten in a prompt manner.

What a great hotel lobby bar! We ended up here every night for our 3 day stay as the service was great, they had a great hefeweizen, and some pretty good old fashioned's too. There was plenty of seating around the bar, at some tables inside, and a bunch of tables outside around the pool area. This is inside the Anaheim Marriott and I'd recommend for sure. On one night, we decided to try the bar at the Hilton right across the street, but it was crowded and had a different vibe, so we just went back to nFuse at the Marriott.
